6. Shipping & Delivery

After dispatch, factors such as customs clearance and carrier delays are outside our control.

You are responsible for any duties, taxes or import regulations in your region.

7. Returns, Replacements & Quality Claims

Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, returns are generally not accepted unless specified in your project terms.
For wholesale, private label, ODM and OEM orders, claims must be submitted within the agreed inspection period.

We may request:

  • photos or videos
  • batch numbers
  • returned samples
  • written description of the issue

Approved claims may result in replacement, partial credit or another resolution method at our discretion.

Retail press-on nail products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless defective.
